A new Philosophy at In2Food

Chef Phil Wilson looks forward to bringing his own sense of taste and flair to the classic In2Food menu.

After recently taking ownership, Chef Phil Wilson, is taking In2Food to new heights.  Having been Head Chef at In2Food for nearly three years, Phil looks forward to bringing his own sense of taste and flair to the classic In2Food menu. 

In2Food will continue to serve the same great food we have always served, but with the difference in freshness of flavour for which modern Australian ‘Fusion’ cuisine is World-famous. 

“When it comes to the menu, I have made our local produce the star,” says Phil.  “I have selected foods and fillings from out of the best of what the Gippsland Region has to offer, and my recipes are designed to feature the full richness of their flavour.” 

When you enjoy a classic In2Food specialty, such as the very popular Double Roasted Duck or the tender Yearling Rib Eye, Phil’s food philosophy shines through.  Every sirloin steak, every barramundi fillet, every lamb shank and sesame veal cutlet is served in its full vibrancy.

“You will taste the difference in the new In2Food menu not in the main ingredients, but in how my sauces and seasonings enhance the flavours of our already magnificent dishes,” says Phil.

Phil hopes his most favourite dishes become your most favourite dishes.  “I believe that my signature dishes are unique to what other chefs have to offer.  We are lucky to be in a region of such fantastic produce, and I am proud to the best of our region to make dishes I am sure you will enjoy.”
